Hi I am Dr. Kelsey Bookmyer and I wanted to let you know about myself. I am originally from New Mexico (Grants, NM). I attended college at New Mexico State University where I received a bachelor of science. New Mexico does not have a dental school so that is what prompted my move to Texas! I attended dental school at Baylor College of Dentistry (now part of Texas A & M) and graduated in 1995. I then began a two year residency in pediatric dentistry at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, so I guess I’m both an Aggie and a Longhorn. It was there that I met and fell in love with my husband (he was in dental school there as well, and currently practices next door). He did an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at the University of Florida. While living in Gainesville, Florida I both worked in private practice and worked part time as a professor in the pediatric dentistry department. We moved to Round Rock in 2002 and I began my practice. I am board certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, and regularly attended continuing education courses to expand my knowledge.  I have one adorable boy, named Carson.
